Members-Only Access from 1 January 2027
Notice to all club members and guests
Effective 1 January 2027, the Topbull Pokies Club, restaurant and bar facilities will be accessible only to paid Club members. The Pokies Club operates 10:00 am to 2:00 am (one-way out from 11:00 pm); the restaurant and bar upstairs operate 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Each member may bring one guest on a complimentary basis.
How to become a member
Everyone is encouraged to register before 1 January 2027 and pay the annual membership fee of K300.00. You can do this in two ways:
- OnlineComplete the 2027 membership application on this website, upload a copy of your ID and a photo of yourself, and pay by direct online transfer or deposit to Topbull Limited at Kina Bank.
- At our Restaurant receptionOur staff will help you fill in the form, take your photo, and accept your payment at the counter. Please bring your driver’s license or passport.
What members receive
K300.00 per year Introductory plan
- Exclusive access to the Topbull Pokies Club
- Access to the restaurant and bar facilities
- One guest on a complimentary basis for every member
- Special and discounted prices to food and drinks, function hall and events booking
- Free use of the snooker table
- Monthly special promotions or socials with free food and drinks
- Membership valid for 12 months from the date your payment is confirmed

Please note
- All members must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo identification is required for entry.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date payment is confirmed, and your membership card will be issued once payment is received.
- From 1 January 2027, guests without a member will not be admitted.
